Company Overview
EC-Impact develops digital and commercial market infrastructure connecting SAF and eSAF projects with airlines, corporate buyers, investors and financial institutions.
EC-Impact is developing an AI-enabled orchestration platform for Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates, Book & Claim transactions and associated Scope 3 claims.
The platform is intended to coordinate certificate workflows across multiple registries, including issuance, transfer, transaction management, claims administration and retirement. Its purpose is to improve traceability and operational connectivity between fuel producers, airlines and corporate buyers.
In April 2026, EC-Impact launched an MVP programme to validate the platform’s operating model, workflows and stakeholder requirements. The company has also signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Trade Data Exchange, SGTraDex, to support the development of SAF certificate market infrastructure.
The platform is designed as an orchestration layer and does not replace the applicable registries, certification systems or independent verification processes.
Alongside its digital platform, EC-Impact provides strategic and commercial advisory services covering:
SAF and eSAF market development
Commercialisation and market access
Offtake strategy and corporate demand
Sustainability and certification readiness
Project bankability and investment preparation
Relevance for Europe’s eSAF Scale-up
Scaling eSAF requires more than production technology and physical infrastructure. Projects also need credible demand signals, bankable offtake structures, sustainability certification, transparent environmental-attribute accounting and access to finance.
EC-Impact operates at the intersection of project commercialisation, environmental attributes and market development. The company supports SAF, eSAF and Power-to-X projects in translating technical potential into credible commercial structures.
Based in Singapore, EC-Impact also provides an interface between European technology and project actors and the developing SAF markets in Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Ecosystem Involvement
EC-Impact’s current ecosystem involvement includes:
Participation as an ICAO Finvest Hub Partner
Cooperation with SGTraDex on SAF certificate market infrastructure
A strategic partnership with CBR Sustainability Partners covering low-carbon fuel development, certification, commercialisation and investment readiness
Support for SAFasia project-development and fundraising activities in the Philippines, including a planned SAF pathway using CAPHENIA technology
Participation in RSB’s Power-to-X Working Group
